Slack-native · Built for EU SMBs · Data hosted in Germany

Half your parking sits empty. Fix it in Slack.

Parki turns assigned office spots into a shared pool. When a spot owner works from home, they release their spot in one message. A teammate reserves it in a sentence. No spreadsheet, no email chain.

14-day free trial when we launch. No card. Set up in about 10 minutes.

Done. A3 is yours for tomorrow. Have a good one, Sophie!

You pay for every spot.
You use about half.

In a hybrid team, spot owners come in two or three days a week. Their assigned spot stays locked the rest of the time while colleagues circle the block or expense a public garage. Parki hands those idle spots to whoever needs them that day.

Features

A bot, not another portal.

Parki lives in the channel your team already reads. No new login, no dashboard to police, no app to download.

Named, assigned spots

Label each bay and set its default owner. Parki keeps the map of who holds what, so releases and reservations stay tied to a real spot.

Reserve in a sentence

Your team types "a spot for tomorrow" or taps a button. Parki reads the request, finds a free spot, and confirms. No commands to memorise.

Release when you're out

A spot owner working from home releases their bay in one tap. Parki offers it to the rest of the team for that day, then hands it back automatically.

Waitlist that runs itself

When every spot is taken, teammates join a queue. The moment a spot frees up, Parki offers it to the next person in line. Nobody chases anyone.

Six languages, per person

Parki replies to each teammate in their own language: French, English (US and UK), German, Spanish, Italian. Set once, applied per user.

EU data residency

Your data lives on EU infrastructure in Germany. Parki stores the minimum it needs to assign a spot, and nothing it doesn't.

How it works

From install to first reservation in one sitting.

1
Add Parki to your workspace

Install from Slack, grant the permissions, and Parki walks you through setup. No IT ticket, no sales call.

2
Add your spots and their owners

Name each bay, point it at its default holder, and pick the languages your team uses. The guided setup runs in Slack.

3
Invite the team to #parking

Drop Parki into the channel. People reserve and release from their first message, with nothing to learn.

4
Let it handle the daily shuffle

Releases, reservations, and the waitlist run on their own. You stop refereeing parking and your spots fill up.

Each teammate, their own language

Six locales at launch. Parki uses each person's setting for every reply.

What does 5 spots cost? What about 20?
Five spots run 19€ a month. Twenty spots run 19€ + 15 × 2€ = 49€ a month. Count bays, not employees.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Fourteen days, no card. You set up your spots and run a real week before you decide.
Can we cancel?
Anytime, from Slack. Billing stops at the end of the current month. No notice period, no exit call.
Why per spot and not per seat?
A 200-person office might share 20 spots. Charging per seat would punish you for inviting the whole team. The spots are the scarce thing, so the spots set the price.

We're onboarding the first teams now

Parki is built and running. We're bringing on a small group of European SMBs to shape the product before public launch. If you manage a car park your team fights over, we'd like to talk.

Hosted in the EU

The Parki application and your database run on EU infrastructure, in Amsterdam and Frankfurt. A few technical sub-processors operate outside the EU under Standard Contractual Clauses, listed in our privacy notice.

Minimal data

Parki stores names, spots, and reservations. It reads the messages addressed to it, and nothing else in your channels.

GDPR-ready paperwork

Privacy notice and a data processing agreement are available on request, so your IT review starts with the documents in hand.

Stop renting spots nobody parks in.
